What information do we collect?
The information we collect is required for the purpose of creating your gym profile and for you to enroll in our gyms. Such information allows you to be identified as a customer of Stonegoat, and includes:Name, nickname, date of birth, gender, nationality, registered address, National ID, or Passport Number (or any other identification document number), telephone number, photograph images or recordings from CCTV
We also collect the following at the time of registration:
Emergency contact name, relationship and contact number
Other information that may be collected:
Financial information – Taxpayer identification number, billing address, credit card number, cardholder’s name, credit card details
Transaction information – Membership applications, contracts, details of purchases of goods and servicesMembership information – Card numbers, membership codes, referral information
Behavioral information- participations in programs, services that you are interested in through your purchases, preferences, opinions, complaints, inquiries, suggestions, and survey responses
Social media information – through interaction with our social media accounts such as LINE, Instagram, and Facebook
Health information – in relation to accidents or medical emergencies on premise, or injuries or medical conditions that you feel would be appropriate to inform us of
Electronic Information – such as email communication data information from logs, device identifiers and computer IP addresses. The Company collects information through cookies (Cookies) or other similar technologies. Also, browser information and other details on the devices the Personal Data Subject uses to access the Company's websites, applications, and other communication channels, such as the history of visits, searches, and interactions of the Personal Data Subject with the Company's websites.
How do we use this information?
We will use your personal information to provide you with the services, products, or information that you have requested, for administration purposes, contractual obligations, service evaluation, payments, invoicing, and marketing. We may need to share your information with our service providers, associated organizations and agents for these purposes.

Carry out identity checks at the gym
Provide relevant services to you
Carry out warranty replacements
Understand how you use our services by carrying out research and statistical analysis through our database to help us develop relevant and updated services, and business plan development

Share gym photos or videos and event photos or videos on our social media platforms
Your permission will be requested for at the time the photo is taken. If you appear in a photo and wish for the photo to be removed, please contact us via Instagram @stonegoatclimb, Line Official @stonegoatclimb or by email at admin@stonegoatclimb.com
Contact you based on our analysis of how you use our services and what we think will be relevant to you (unless you choose not to receive our marketing messages)
Collection of Minor’s Data
Should a minor be below the age of 10 years, the legal guardian is required to consent to the collection of the information necessary to register the minor as stated above.
How long do we store the information?
Stonegoat will keep your data as long as you are an active customer. Activity will be classified as access into the gym. Following inactivity, as necessary to meet legal requirements including financial audits, anti-fraud, and money laundering regulations. We will store your information for no longer than 10 years from the last activity on the account.
Will my information be disclosed to other parties?
We will only use or disclose your personal information for the purposes stated, or by requirement of law.
The following persons or agencies may have access to portions of your information, only as required for business operations that have been stated above:
Employees, directors, manager and personnel of Stonegoat (only the essential roles)
Partners, business partners or service providers
Suppliers
Law enforcement agencies
In case necessary, the Company has the right to send or transfer your personal information to other people abroad. In the transmission or transfer of personal information to such persons in foreign countries, The Company will ensure that such persons have adequate personal data protection standards and follow the rules prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Committee or the rules prescribed by Thai law
Your Privacy Rights
You have the following rights in relation to your date privacy:
Withdrawal of consent: You have the right to withdraw consent for Stonegoat to process personal data to which you have your consent. Stonegoat will notify you of the effects of such revocation. Such revocation of consent will not affect the use, disclosure, or processing of data for which you have previously given consent.
Access: You have the right to ask for the personal information that we hold about you.
Rectification: Should you feel that the information that we hold of you is inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, please update your profile with us upon access to our facility(s).
Erasure: You have the right to the erasure of the data we hold of you when it is no longer needed for the business purposes as our customer (and we have no other lawful basis to hold your data). Stonegoat will notify you of the effects of erasure.
Restriction: You have the right to request that Stonegoat restricts the use of your personal data when it is no longer required for business reasons, compliance or legal claims.
Portability: You have the right to have the company transfer personal data to another personal data controller through automated means.
Objection: You have the right to object to data processing of your personal data for direct marketing or profiling purposes.
Profiling: You have the right to file complaints with the relevant agencies if the company violates or fails to comply with the law on personal data protection.
You may request to exercise the rights by submitting a request to email admin@stonegoatclimb.com. We may refuse to comply with a request if an exemption applies.
CCTV Privacy Policy
Introduction
Stonegoat has installed and uses CCTV to record images, animation, or sound for the purpose of surveillance and security in the building and surrounding areas of our facility.
Our CCTV operates 24 hours daily and is strategically placed that are deemed appropriate to be installed.
We will never install CCTV in regions that may infringe on your privacy more than necessary, such as toilets, changing rooms or shower rooms.

Video or still images of your property, eg: Vehicles, bags, clothing etc.
How do we use this information?
Stonegoat uses the CCTV footage for:
Security
Monitor unauthorized access
Maintain security for all visitors to the facility and their belongings
Prevent damage, disturbance, or destruction of our property
Prevent or resolve disputes that may arise
Detect and deter misconduct or crime
Support government agencies in the event of illegal actions
Safety
Reviewing incidents and injuries that may occur in our facility
Legal Proceedings
Support the establishment of rights or to raise defenses in civil and criminal proceedings
How long do we store the information?
Stonegoat stores all CCTV footage for a maximum of 7 days, after which it is automatically deleted.
We will only hold the CCTV footage longer than the stated period in the event of disputes, criminal or lawful proceedings.
Will my information be disclosed to other parties?
We will not disclose it to others, except when necessary to be able to perform any act to achieve the objectives stated in this announcement. Examples of which are:

ข้อมูลทางการเงิน เช่น เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี ที่อยู่สำหรับเรียกเก็บเงิน เลขที่บัตรเครดิต และชื่อผู้ถือบัตร และรายละเอียดของบัตรเครดิต
ข้อมูลการทำธุรกรรม เช่น ข้อมูลตามเอกสารประกอบธุรกรรม เช่น ใบสมัครสมาชิก สัญญา รายละเอียดการซื้อสินค้าหรือบริการ

ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับอุบัติเหตุหรือเหตุฉุกเฉินที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่ของบริษัท หรือข้อมูลที่ท่านเห็นสมควรแจ้งให้กับบริษัททราบ
ข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เช่น ข้อมูลการสื่อสารทางอีเมล ข้อมูลจากการบันทึกการใช้งาน เช่น ตัวระบุอุปกรณ์ หมายเลข IP address ของคอมพิวเตอร์ ข้อมูลที่บริษัทได้เก็บรวบรวมผ่านคุกกี้ (Cookies) หรือเทคโนโลยีอื่นที่คล้ายกัน ข้อมูลเบราว์เซอร์และข้อมูลอื่นๆ เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ที่เจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลใช้เพื่อเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์ แอพพลิเคชั่น และช่องทางการสื่อสารอื่นๆ ของบริษัท เช่น ประวัติในการเยี่ยมชม ค้นหา และปฏิสัมพันธ์ของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกับเว็บไซต์ของบริษัท
เราเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างไร?
บริษัทจะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ และตามฐานในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้สัญญาระหว่างท่านกับบริษัท ซึ่งรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงการให้บริการตามสัญญา การประเมินผลการให้บริการ การชำระเงิน การออกใบแจ้งหนี้ การติดตามทวงหนี้ จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมทางการตลาด บริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล นอกเหนือจากวัตถุประสงค์ตามที่ได้แจ้งไว้ข้างต้น

การติดต่อสื่อสารกับท่าน
เพื่อแจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการบริการของบริษัท รวมไปถึงข้อมูลบัญชีสมาชิกของท่าน
เพื่อตอบคำถามใดๆและตอบกลับเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นของท่าน
เพื่อยืนยันการจองคลาสเรียนหรืออีเวนท์ต่างๆ

ทางบริษัทจะขออนุญาตท่านเมื่อมีการถ่ายภาพหรือวิดีโอของท่าน หากท่านพบว่ามีภาพของท่านปรากฎอยู่บนช่องทางออนไลน์ของเราที่ท่านต้องการให้ลบออก กรุณาแจ้งกับบริษัทได้ทาง Instagram @stonegoatclimb, Line Official @stonegoatclimb หรืออีเมลที่ admin@stonegoatclimb.com
เพื่อส่งข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับบริการตามการใช้บริการของท่านและตามที่บริษัทเห็นว่าเกี่ยวข้องกับท่าน (เว้นแต่ท่านเลือกที่จะไม่รับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการตลาดของบริษัท)
การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เยาว์
หากท่านเป็นผู้เยาว์ที่มีอายุน้อยกว่า 10 ปี ท่านจำเป็นต้องได้รับการยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองของท่าน เพื่อให้บริษัทเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่กล่าวข้างต้น
เเราเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้ใครบ้าง?
บริษัทจะใช้หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านภายใต้วัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้แจ้งและได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน หรือเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ หรือได้รับยกเว้นตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดเท่านั้น
บริษัทอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลอื่นเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการให้บริการและเมื่อมีการร้องขอจากหน่วยงานและบุคคล ดังต่อไปนี้

หน่วยงานที่บังคับใช้กฎหมาย หรือหน่วยงานที่ร้องขอให้บริษัทเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยอาศัยอำนาจตามกฎหมาย
ในกรณีที่มีความจำเป็น บริษัทมีสิทธิส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลอื่นในต่างประเทศ โดยในการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้แก่บุคคลในต่างประเทศดังกล่าวนั้น บริษัทจะดำเนินการตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่า บุคคลดังกล่าวมีมาตรฐานการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เพียงพอและเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่คณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกำหนด และ/หรือ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายไทยกำหนด
สิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัวของท่าน
ท่านมีสิทธิเกี่ยวกับการจัดการกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ดังนี้
สิทธิเพิกถอนความยินยอม: ท่านมีสิทธิเพิกถอนความยินยอมในการให้บริษัทประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ได้ท่านให้ความยินยอมไว้ โดยบริษัทจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงผลกระทบจากการเพิกถอนความยินยอมดังกล่าว ทั้งนี้ การเพิกถอนความยินยอมดังกล่าวย่อมไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย หรือประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านได้ให้ความยินยอมไว้ก่อนหน้าการเพิกถอน
สิทธิในการเข้าถึง: ท่านมีสิทธิเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและขอทำสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เกี่ยวกับท่าน
สิทธิในการแก้ไข: หากท่านเห็นว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่อยู่กับบริษัท ไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่เป็นปัจจุบัน หรือไม่สมบูรณ์ ท่านสามารถแแก้ไขหรือแจ้งให้บริษัทแก้ไขข้อมูลของท่านได้
สิทธิขอให้ลบ: ท่านมีสามารถแจ้งให้บริษัทดำเนินการลบ หรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือทำให้ข้อมูลนั้นไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนของท่านได้ หากท่านเห็นว่าไม่จำเป็นสำหรับการใช้บริการแล้ว (และบริษัทไม่มีฐานกฎหมายใดๆในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่าน) บริษัทจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงผลกระทบจากการลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าว
สิทธิการระงับใช้: ท่านมีสิทธิขอให้บริษัทระงับใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เมื่อหมดความจำเป็นในการเก็บรักษาไว้เพื่อใช้ในการปฏิบัติตามหรือการใช้สิทธิเรียกร้องตามกฎหมาย
สิทธิโอนย้าย: ท่านมีสิทธิขอให้บริษัทโอนย้ายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลรายอื่น ซึ่งโดยสภาพสามารถทำได้ด้วยวิธีการอัตโนมัติ
สิทธิในการคัดค้าน: ท่านมีสิทธิคัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการตลาดแบบตรง หรือ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อการตลาดแบบตรง
สิทธิร้องเรียน: ท่านมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง กรณีที่บริษัทฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ท่านสามารถขอใช้สิทธิโดยยื่นคำร้องขอผ่านอีเมล admin@stonegoatclimb.com ทั้งนี้ บริษัทอาจปฏิเสธการใช้สิทธิดังกล่าวตามที่ได้ร้องขอ หากเป็นไปตามกฎหมายกำหนด

บริษัท สโตนโกทกรุ๊ป จำกัด (ซึ่งต่อไปในประกาศนี้ เรียกว่า “บริษัท”) ได้ดำเนินการติดตั้งและใช้อุปกรณ์กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) ในการบันทึกภาพนิ่ง ภาพเคลื่อนไหว และ/หรือ เสียง สำหรับการเฝ้าดูแลและรักษาความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่ภายในอาคารและบริเวณโดยรอบสถานที่ให้บริการของบริษัท (ซึ่งต่อไปในประกาศนี้ เรียกว่า “พื้นที่”) เพื่อปกป้องชีวิต สุขภาพ และทรัพย์สินของ ลูกค้า พนักงาน กรรมการ ผู้รับจ้าง ผู้มาติดต่อ หรือบุคคลใดๆ (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกรวมกันว่า “ท่าน”) ที่เข้ามายังบริเวณพื้นที่ที่มีการเผ้าดูแล โดยบริษัทได้ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านผ่านอุปกรณ์กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) ในการนี้ บริษัทจึงได้จัดทำประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวเกี่ยวกับการใช้กล้องวงจรปิด (“ประกาศ”) ฉบับนี้ขึ้น เพื่อให้ท่านทราบรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล รวมทั้งสิทธิต่างๆ ของท่าน ซึ่งมีรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่บริษัทเก็บรวบรวม
บริษัทจะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจากอุปกรณ์กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) ดังต่อไปนี้
ภาพเคลื่อนไหวหรือภาพนิ่งซึ่งสามารถระบุตัวตนของท่านได้ไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม
เสียงของท่าน
ภาพเคลื่อนไหวหรือภาพนิ่งของทรัพย์สินของท่าน อาทิ ยานพาหนะ กระเป๋า หมวก เครื่องแต่งกาย เป็นต้น
วิธีการที่บริษัทใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
บริษัทจะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ผ่านการใช้งานอุปกรณ์กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) เมื่อท่านเข้าไปในพื้นที่ของบริษัท ซึ่งอุปกรณ์กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) ของบริษัททำงานตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง เว้นแต่ในกรณีที่ระบบขัดข้องหรือมีการซ่อมบำรุงระบบ โดยบริษัทได้ติดป้ายประกาศเพื่อแจ้งท่านเกี่ยวกับการใช้อุปกรณ์กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) ในทุกจุดที่มีการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) ดังกล่าว
อุปกรณ์กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) จะถูกติดตั้งไว้ในบริเวณพื้นที่ที่เป็นจุดสำคัญ เช่น บริเวณสถานที่ให้บริการ ทางเข้าและทางออก รวมถึงพื้นที่ที่บริษัทเห็นสมควรว่าเป็นจุดที่ต้องมีการเฝ้าระวัง ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจะไม่ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) ในพื้นที่ที่อาจเป็นการละเมิดความเป็นส่วนตัวของท่านเกินความจำเป็น เช่น ห้องสุขา ห้องเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้า หรือห้องอาบน้ำ
ฐานทางกฎหมายในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทจะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย ประมวลผล โอน หรือดำเนินการอย่างใดๆ กับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านภายใต้ฐานทางกฎหมาย ดังต่อไปนี้
ฐานความจำเป็นในการป้องกันหรือระงับอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย หรือสุขภาพ
เป็นการจำเป็นเพื่อเป็นการป้องกันหรือระงับอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย หรือสุขภาพของท่านหรือบุคคลอื่น
ฐานประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
เป็นการจำเป็นเพื่อประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของบริษัทหรือบุคคลอื่น โดยประโยชน์ดังกล่าวมีความสำคัญไม่น้อยไปกว่าสิทธิขั้นพื้นฐานในข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
ฐานการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
เป็นการจำเป็นเพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
วัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
บริษัทจะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ และตามฐานในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ดังนี้
เพื่อตรวจสอบการเข้าออกพื้นที่ของบริษัท และเฝ้าระวังการเข้าออกพื้นที่โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
ความจำเป็นในการป้องกันหรือระงับอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย หรือสุขภาพ
ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
เพื่อดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัยให้แก่ลูกค้า พนักงาน ผู้มาติดต่อ หรือ บุคคลอื่นใดที่เข้ามาในพื้นที่ของบริษัท รวมถึงการป้องกัน และ/หรือ ระงับอันตรายหรือความเสียหายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย สุขภาพ และทรัพย์สิน
ความจำเป็นในการป้องกันหรือระงับอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย หรือสุขภาพ
ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
เพื่อดูแลรักษาพื้นที่ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และทรัพย์สินของบริษัทจากความเสียหาย การถูกรบกวน การทำลาย หรืออาชญากรรมอื่นๆ
ความจำเป็นในการป้องกันหรือระงับอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย หรือสุขภาพ
ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
เเพื่อตรวจจับและติดตามประพฤติอันมิชอบ อาชญากรรมหรือการฝ่าฝืนต่อกฎหมาย
ความจำเป็นในการป้องกันหรือระงับอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย หรือสุขภาพ
ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
เพื่อยืนยันตัวบุคคลและเพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ความจำเป็นในการป้องกันหรือระงับอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย หรือสุขภาพ
การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
เพื่อสนับสนุนหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องในการบังคับใช้กฎหมาย เพื่อยับยั้งและป้องกันการกระทำใดๆ ที่ผิดกฎหมาย รวมถึงเป็นหลักฐานในกรณีเกิดเหตุอาชญากรรม หรืออุบัติเหตุ และการดำเนินคดีทางกฎหมาย

เพื่อป้องกันและระงับข้อพิพาทที่เกิดขึ้นหรืออาจเกิดขึ้นภายในพื้นที่ของบริษัท

การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
บริษัทจะเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่เก็บรวบรวมผ่านอุปกรณ์กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) ไว้เป็นความลับ และจะไม่ทำการเปิดเผยต่อบุคคลอื่น เว้นแต่ในกรณีที่บริษัทมีความจำเป็นเพื่อให้บริษัทสามารถดำเนินการหรือกระทำการใดๆ ให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ตามที่ได้ระบุในประกาศฉบับนี้ และบริษัทอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลดังกล่าวของท่านต่อบุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลอื่น ดังต่อไปนี้
หน่วยงานราชการที่บังคับใช้กฎหมาย หรือหน่วยงานที่ร้องขอให้บริษัทเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยอาศัยอำนาจตามกฎหมาย
ผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เช่น ผู้ให้บริการด้านระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย หรือผู้ให้บริการระบบอุปกรณ์กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) เพื่อดำเนินการตามความจำเป็นเพื่อประสิทธิภาพในเการป้องกันหรือระงับอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย สุขภาพ รวมทั้งทรัพย์สินของท่านหรือบุคคลอื่น
ระยะเวลาในการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทอาจเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเป็นระยะเวลา 10 ปี นับแต่วันที่บริษัทได้ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลสวนบุคคลของท่าน หรืออาจนานกว่า 10 ปี ในกรณีที่บริษัทมีความจำเป็นเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้แจ้งไว้ในประกาศฉบับนี้ เช่น บริษัทอาจเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้จนกว่าจะสิ้นสุดการดำเนินการตามกฎหมาย หรือตามระยะเวลาที่บริษัทได้รับอนุญาตให้สามารถเก็บรักษาได้ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
เมื่อพ้นระยะเวลา 10 ปี ดังกล่าวหรือเมื่อหมดความจำเป็นในการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน หรือเมื่อพ้นระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายอนุญาต บริษัทจะทำการทำลาย ลบ นำออกจากระบบ หรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลที่เป็นเจ้าของข้อมูลได้
สิทธิเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 ท่านอาจใช้สิทธิดังต่อไปนี้เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
สิทธิในการได้รับการแจ้งจากบริษัทให้ทราบถึงรายละเอียดในการเก็บรวบรวม ระยะเวลาในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย หรือประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
สิทธิในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและขอทำสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เกี่ยวกับท่าน
สิทธิในการแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เพื่อดำเนินการให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้นถูกต้อง
เป็นปัจจุบัน สมบูรณ์ และไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดต่อบุคคลใดสิทธิในการแจ้งให้บริษัทดำเนินการลบ หรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือทำให้ข้อมูลนั้น
ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนของท่านได้สิทธิในขอให้บริษัทระงับการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย หรือประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
สิทธิในการให้บริษัทโอนย้ายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลรายอื่น ซึ่งโดยสภาพสามารถทำได้ด้วยวิธีการอัตโนมัติ
สิทธิในการคัดค้าน การเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ การเปิดเผย หรือการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
สิทธิในการยื่นข้อร้องเรียนต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในกรณีที่บริษัท พนักงานของบริษัท หรือผู้รับจ้างของบริษัท ฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ท่านสามารถขอใช้สิทธิตามที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้นโดยยื่นคำร้องขอผ่านช่องทางการติดต่อที่ได้ระบุไว้
ในข้อ 10. ทั้งนี้ บริษัทอาจปฏิเสธการใช้สิทธิดังกล่าวตามที่ได้ร้องขอ ตามกฎหมายกำหนด
มาตรฐานในการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทจัดให้มีระบบรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอย่างเหมาะสม ทั้งมาตรการทางเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านสูญหาย หรือมีการเข้าถึง ลบ ทำลาย ใช้ เปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข หรือเปิดเผยโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
ทั้งนี้ บริษัทกำหนดให้เฉพาะเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ที่มีอำนาจหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ซึ่งบริษัทได้เก็บรวบรวมผ่านอุปกรณ์กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) เท่านั้นที่จะสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านได้ โดยบริษัทจะดำเนินการให้เจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติตามประกาศนี้อย่างเคร่งครัด
การเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขคำประกาศเกี่ยวกับความเป็นส่วนตัว
บริษัทอาจมีการปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือแก้ไขประกาศฉบับนี้ ตามที่บริษัทเห็นสมควร หรือตามที่กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกำหนด และจะทำการแจ้งให้ท่านทราบผ่านเว็บไซต์ของบริษัท ( https://www.stonegoatclimb.com/ ) หรือผ่านประกาศที่ติดไว้ในจุดที่ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV)
