FAQ

Getting Started

  • Bouldering is climbing without the ropes and harnesses - but with safety mats. Your challenge is to climb a short and tricky sequence of moves, which are called “boulder problems” or “routes”.

  • No need! We have beginner-friendly routes and our team is happy to get you started.

  • Just bring yourself!

You’ll also need an ID card or passport for registration, a pair of socks if you are renting climbing shoes, and a water bottle — we’ve got a free refill station ready. Wear something comfy that lets you move easily.

  • No need to book in advance. Feel free to walk-in.

  • For everyone’s safety, we recommend a minimum age of 8. Kids aged 8–12 will need an adult to supervise them at all times.

  • No, there’s no maximum weight limit.

  • Definitely!

  • No, only climbing shoes are allowed on the wall. Don’t worry — if you don’t have your own, you can rent a pair for just THB 100.

  • Yes! If you’re just visiting and not climbing, there’s no entry fee. But to go into the climbing area, you’ll need to sign a waiver form.

  • Of course! Check out our Goat Pack
