A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. Fictitious names of companies, products, people, characters, and/or data mentioned herein are not intended to represent any real individual, company, product, or event. Please note that the booking/reservation and purchase of all our products and services (collectively referred to as “The Climbing Products”) are subject to the following terms and conditions AND other terms imposed by our third party providers, fulfillment providers, and independent supplier(s) (“Supplier”) from time to time (“Supplier Terms”). By affecting a booking of the Climbing Products through this website, you expressly agree to be bound by terms and conditions herein and the Supplier Terms.
REMOVAL OF CLIMBING PRODUCTS
Stonegoat reserves the right at any time and from time to time to remove, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the Climbing Products (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Stonegoat shall not be liable to you or to any third party in any way for any modification suspension or discontinuance of the Climbing Products.
RESERVATIONS
Stonegoat and their Suppliers are entitled at their discretion to refuse and/or decline to accept any booking or reservation placed through this website. Stonegoat will not be held liable nor entertain a refund of any nature should you book or reserve a Climbing Product that is not suitable. If you have any special requests, these will be passed on to the relevant Suppliers but cannot be guaranteed by Stonegoat. Unless otherwise stated, all bookings or reservations are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

What information do we collect?
The information we collect is required for the purpose of creating your gym profile and for you to enroll in our gyms. Such information allows you to be identified as a customer of Stonegoat, and includes:Name, nickname, date of birth, gender, nationality, registered address, National ID, or Passport Number (or any other identification document number), telephone number, photograph images or recordings from CCTV
We also collect the following at the time of registration:
Emergency contact name, relationship and contact number
Other information that may be collected:
Financial information – Taxpayer identification number, billing address, credit card number, cardholder’s name, credit card details
Transaction information – Membership applications, contracts, details of purchases of goods and servicesMembership information – Card numbers, membership codes, referral information
Behavioral information- participations in programs, services that you are interested in through your purchases, preferences, opinions, complaints, inquiries, suggestions, and survey responses
Social media information – through interaction with our social media accounts such as LINE, Instagram, and Facebook
Health information – in relation to accidents or medical emergencies on premise, or injuries or medical conditions that you feel would be appropriate to inform us of
Electronic Information – such as email communication data information from logs, device identifiers and computer IP addresses. The Company collects information through cookies (Cookies) or other similar technologies. Also, browser information and other details on the devices the Personal Data Subject uses to access the Company's websites, applications, and other communication channels, such as the history of visits, searches, and interactions of the Personal Data Subject with the Company's websites.

Collection of Minor’s Data
Should a minor be below the age of 10 years, the legal guardian is required to consent to the collection of the information necessary to register the minor as stated above.
How long do we store the information?
Stonegoat will keep your data as long as you are an active customer. Activity will be classified as access into the gym. Following inactivity, as necessary to meet legal requirements including financial audits, anti-fraud, and money laundering regulations. We will store your information for no longer than 10 years from the last activity on the account.
Will my information be disclosed to other parties?
We will only use or disclose your personal information for the purposes stated, or by requirement of law.
The following persons or agencies may have access to portions of your information, only as required for business operations that have been stated above:

CCTV Privacy Policy
Introduction
Stonegoat has installed and uses CCTV to record images, animation, or sound for the purpose of surveillance and security in the building and surrounding areas of our facility.
Our CCTV operates 24 hours daily and is strategically placed that are deemed appropriate to be installed.
We will never install CCTV in regions that may infringe on your privacy more than necessary, such as toilets, changing rooms or shower rooms.
