Our The PARQ branch is a few steps away from MRT. 200 meters from MRT QSNCC station.

Due to limited parking space, we strongly recommend the customers to use public transportation on weekdays before 18:00.

By car: Access the gym easily with these 3 convenient routes:

  1. From Din Daeng: Take Ratchadaphisek Road and head toward Benjakitti Park. The PARQ Life Building will be just past the park on your right.

  2. From Phra Khanong: Drive through Soi Sukhumvit 50 and continue onto Rama IV Road. At the Ratchada-Rama IV junction, turn right, then take the next left into The PARQ Life building.

  3. From Chatuchak: Take the Chaloem Maha Nakhon Expressway and exit at Rama IV. Turn left at Ratchada-Rama IV junction—The PARQ Life building will be on your left.

Parking info:
Weekdays: Free parking for 3 hours at The PARQ Life building. Please get your ticket stamped at Stonegoat’s front desk.

Weekends: Free parking for 4 hours at The PARQ Life building. Please get your ticket stamped at Stonegoat’s front desk.

Extra parking space available at MRT Klongtoey parking compound for free for 3 hours with a stamp on weekdays only. After that, charges of THB30 per hour (cars) or THB 20 per hour (motorcycles) apply.

By MRT: From MRT QSNCC, take Exit 2 and head toward The PARQ Life Building. Stonegoat The PARQ is on the 2nd floor of The PARQ Life Building.
