Monthly Recurring Membership Policy

Welcome to the Goat Fam! We are thrilled to have you climbing with us. Below you will find the full explanation of how your membership works.

General

  • This is a monthly prepaid subscription-based membership.

  • Your first month is pro-rated based on your joining date.

  • Membership auto-renews monthly on the 1st of each month until cancelled.

  • A THB 500 signup fee applies if you’re rejoining after cancelling. This will be completely waived for first-time signups.

  • The membership is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or location.

  • Your membership can only be used by you. It cannot be shared, transferred or used for/by someone else.

  • Please be aware that pricing, benefits, and terms are subject to change.

  • We will provide you with a minimum of 15 days' advance notice before any such changes are implemented.

Billing

  • You will need to provide valid credit or debit card details, which will be securely stored with a PCI DSS-certified provider.

  • Payments will be charged automatically to your credit or debit card on the 1st of each month.

  • In the event of an unsuccessful initial payment attempt, subsequent payment retries will be made periodically over the following days.

    Membership privileges including climbing are suspended until all outstanding fees are paid in full.

Freezing

Need to take a break? No problem!

  • You can freeze your membership for 1, 2 or 3 full calendar months for free.

  • Freezing will start on the first day of the month.

  • You must submit your freeze request via https://member.stonegoatclimb.com before noon on the last day of the month prior to the start of the freeze period.

  • You can climb as usual until your freeze starts.

  • Freezes applied to a membership are universally applicable, impacting access to all Stonegoat climbing locations associated with that membership.

  • While frozen, you are still welcome to purchase a day pass or multi-passes at our regular rates. Please note that off-peak or discounted (concession) pricing will not apply.

  • While frozen, your member benefits like guest passes, special rates on classes and workshops and retail discounts are on pause too.

  • Membership freezes cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Members who reactivate their membership must maintain its active status for a minimum of 1 full calendar month before the option to freeze becomes available again.

Cancellation

Life changes—and that’s okay. 

  • You must submit your cancellation request via https://member.stonegoatclimb.com before noon on the last day of the month.

  • Your membership stays active through the end of that month. No partial refunds.

  • Membership cancellations cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Upon cancellation of your monthly recurring membership:

    • You are ineligible to rejoin for one full calendar month.

    • A THB 500 signup fee will be required if you choose to rejoin within three calendar months.

Benefits for Monthly Recurring Members

Here are some fun stuff you get just for being part of the fam:

  • 2 guest passes per month so you can always bring your new friends to try out Stonegoat.

    • Guests must be accompanied by the paying member at check-in, and

    • Guests should not have previously registered with the gym.

  • Access to member-only pricing on certain classes, programs, and workshops as announced.

  • Discounts on select retail products, which may vary by gym.

Suspension and Termination

To keep Stonegoat safe and welcoming, we ask all members to follow our gym rules. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership if:

  • You break posted rules, cause a public nuisance, or behave disruptively.

  • You give false or misleading information during sign-up (e.g., name, date of birth, etc.)

  • You miss 2 consecutive monthly dues or otherwise breach the terms of your membership.

  • Serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban from rejoining.

Gym’s Rules and Conduct

Here are some important highlights:

  • Always check in prior to climbing or entering the climbing area.

  • Be respectful of the others around you in all manners–whether climbing or socializing.

  • Keep the mat free of anything that may obstruct climbing safely.

  • Glass containers, food and drink in open containers are not allowed in the climbing area.

  • Be aware of your own capabilities and exercise care, common sense and self-preservation at all times.

  • Consumption of alcohol or psychotropic substances or banned substances in Stonegoat is prohibited.

Gym’s Operating Hours

We aim to keep things running smoothly, but sometimes the gym needs a quick break:

  • Operating hours may change from time to time for cleaning, upgrades, or special events.

  • We may close parts of the gym—or the whole gym—when needed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or extensions for these closures.

  • If we have to close unexpectedly (like for a natural disaster or emergency) for more than 1 full day, we will automatically freeze all prepaid memberships—no need to request it.
